MR. S.K. MAHAJAN

Mr. S.K. Mahajan is the founder of company is an Engineering graduate in year 1976 and later on he pursued PGDMM from Delhi University. He has worked with companies like – TATA, DLF, USHA, American Universal and many other reputed companies at key middle management positions. With the purpose of serving his customers in Solar Industry he founded this company in 1992 with the Importation and Distribution of SMF VRLA Batteries. Presently Integrated Batteries under his strong leadership is the National Importation and Distribution of Panasonic SMF VRLA Batteries. In year 2013 with his foresightedness the company ventured into Solar and LED Industry and now with his valuable experience and dynamism company aims to set benchmarks in the Industry. He is also an active member of ASSOCHAM Management Committee.

MR. ABHINAV MAHAJAN

Mr. Abhinav Mahajan has pursued MBA from Australia and has worked with companies like DnB, Roy Morgan Research. He joined his family business of Batteries Importation. IB Solar brand was introduced in 2013 and today with his strong marketing approach and dynamism IB Solar is one of the most fastest growing brands in Indian industry. Under his strong leadership IB Solar has made strong partnerships with leading Solar players in domestic as well as International market.

• He is also one of the most renowned speakers at various Solar forums and seminars.
• He also represents the leading Solar Industrial body named: National Solar Energy Federation of India as “Head-International Affairs Committee” and “Convener-Events”. He is in the Governing Council of “Skill Council of Green jobs” which comes under NSDC.
• Future business plans: 1. Setting up of manufacturing line Lithium battery factory, 2. Foraying into Solar pumping business, Setting up Assembling of of Ongrid inverters.

MR. AVIRAL MAHAJAN

Mr. Aviral Mahajan joined in 2014 after pursuing M.S. from University of New York. He has worked with companies like- HCL Technologies, Birlasoft, IEEE and has given the company new direction and vision with his technical expertise. With his valuable knowledge and skill set we have been able to introduce innovative and highly reliable range of Solar and LED Products.

MR. RAJENDAR KUMAR - AUDITORS AND FINANCIAL ADVISORS

MR. RAJENDAR KUMAR is Fellow Chartered Accountant and heading RAJENDAR K. KUMAR & ASSOCIATES based in Ghaziabad, U.P. He Has been in practice for over 35 years and has exposure in the fields of Auditing with clients as diverse as listed companies, large manufacturing units, engineering units, service industry, ompanies with foreign equity participation, Public Sector Banks, Educational Institutions including Engineering Colleges, Schools and Management Institutes.
He has served as Financial advisor to private sector companies including large sugar mills, manufacturing units, engineering units, service industry and companies with foreign equity participation.
He has Very good exposure in financial planning and management including arrangement of finance for projects including working capital requirement.
